It dropped with the April Fools’ event on patch 26.7. Honestly? It’s one of the funniest prestige skins Riot has made. I burned 150 ME on it day one and I don’t regret it even slightly.

The next bi-weekly reset drops April 22, 2026. Weekly chromas refresh on April 15. The daily accessories row changes every single day at midnight UTC.

I waited four rotations for Prestige Porcelain Lux to show up, and a friend of mine has been sitting on 200 ME waiting for Prestige Coven Zyra since January. Most prestige skins sit at 150 ME because they’ve been through the rotation at least twice by now. Hextech skins like Annie and Shen land at 125 ME. Brand new prestige skins (like Mordekaiser during his initial event) come through the battle pass first, then hit the Mythic Shop at 150 ME afterward.

That 200 ME tier stings. If you’re eyeing a skin that’s been unvaulted three times already, you’re paying a serious premium. My advice: grab skins on their first or second rotation through the shop. Waiting costs you more ME every cycle.

How to Earn Mythic Essence in 2026

This is where most players get stuck. ME income is slow by design. Here’s every source, ranked by reliability.

Battle Pass (Paid Track): 25 ME for 1,650 RP. Most consistent source. Buy every pass if you’re saving for a specific skin.

This is subjective, but I’ll give you my take. Spend on skins you actually want, not skins that feel “rare.” I’ve seen people blow 150 ME on Prestige K/DA Kai’Sa because it’s a collector piece, then never play Kai’Sa again. Waste.

My picks from the current rotation:

• Prestige Money Miser Mordekaiser if you play Morde even occasionally. The ult animation alone is worth it.
• Hextech Annie at 125 ME is a bargain for one of the oldest mythic skins in the game. It’s been a status symbol since 2014.
• Prestige Star Guardian Soraka if you’re a support main. One of the cleaner prestige designs Riot has done.

Skip Prestige PsyOps Ezreal unless you’re a completionist. The skin looks mid compared to his other options (and I say that as someone with 300+ Ezreal games).

I think Riot will eventually raise the baseline price for prestige skins across the board. The 200 ME tier for third unvaults feels like a test balloon. Wouldn’t shock me if 150 becomes 175 by Season 2027.
